Shooting real guns is on many people’s list of things to try once, and it is hard to do legally in most of Western Europe. That makes it a good birthday present for someone who already has everything.

A beer spa
Prague has several beer spas where you sit in a wooden tub filled with warm water, hops, yeast and malt, with a beer tap next to the tub. It is a very Czech way to relax, and it works well as the second half of the day. Keep the order in mind: shooting first, beer afterwards, because we do not let anyone on the range after drinking.
A private boat on the Vltava
From spring to early autumn you can rent a private boat for a few hours and sail past the Castle and Charles Bridge at sunset. Most rentals let you bring your own drinks and music, and some arrange catering.
Dinner in a medieval cellar
The Old Town has many restaurants in cellars that are several hundred years old. The themed ones serve roast pork knee and local wine, some with live music or a fire show. It is touristy, and birthday groups love it anyway, because the whole table ends up in the same room with nobody else around.
