We humans have different hobbies. And we choose them based on what we like to do. Although sometimes not only based on that, but also based on their availability. Because there are activities that we would like to do, but for some reason it is not possible. A typical example of the latter is the use of firearms. There are people who are impressed by these weapons and would like to have fun shooting them, but it is a dangerous activity. And that is why the state does not just allow someone to own a firearm. It is not above safety. And rather than risking that some criminal will arm himself here, it is better to regulate the ownership and use of firearms.
Anyone who wants to own a firearm in the Czech Republic and use it must first of all have a firearms license, which is not easy to get. And when a person gets one, they have to buy their weapon for quite a lot of money, they have to know how to handle such a weapon and they have to have a 100% safe place where they will engage in shooting. And there are a lot of worries with that. And therefore it is not surprising that there are a lot of unarmed people in the Czech Republic. And this includes those who would like to shoot at least occasionally. Even if it is just at a target.
And if someone wants to shoot, despite not owning a firearm? Then they have to let their appetite go. Or they have to look around to see if there is a way to satisfy this desire. And whoever searches will definitely find a solution in the end. Because even people who do not own weapons can sometimes use them. But there are not many such options. So someone might search for an eternity before finding a shooting range where they would lend them a suitable firearm, teach them how to handle it and then let them shoot safely.
