At work we have to do what someone tells us to do, but fortunately in our free time we can do what we want. And if we enjoy shooting, for example, it is clear that in most jobs they will not hand us a gun and tell us to shoot at least a few times. While in our free time it is possible.
But it’s clear that if we want to pass the time by shooting real weapons, we can’t just pick up a pistol that’s lying around, or even a larger caliber, and start shooting around. This is not done both because such weapons are not just lying around, and because it would be dangerous. And so a lot of people have to lose their appetite for such entertainment.
But does everyone who doesn’t have a gun and a license to use it with conditions for its use have to accept that they will never fire anything? Fortunately, they don’t have to. Because everything possible can be solved these days, including the issue of shooting.
And how can it be solved? For example, by making an appointment at the shooting range, which is open, functioning and intended for the general public. There they will lend any of us one of the many weapons, give them ammunition, conduct an instruction and see to it that the shooting is done without any risk.
And that’s actually luck. Because if we humans wanted to shoot, but didn’t have a chance to try it legally, at best we’d lack the opportunity. And in the worst case, weapons would be found illegally, shooting would be done in conditions that do not guarantee safety, and who knows how many people would be needlessly dead or injured. While this shooting range makes it possible to enjoy shooting, even with weapons that normal people cannot own. Although shooting here is only at targets and under the supervision of Czech and English-speaking instructors, it simply has to be that way. Because there is experience and caution in place.
